The Control Room

Our Control Centre offers real-time monitoring of all on-site Security Officers through an advanced Guard Monitoring System (Bloodhound), which creates a detailed audit trail for client transparency. Daily patrol reports are emailed to clients to ensure consistent service delivery and enable a rapid, effective response to any situation.

Security Officers maintain regular contact with the Control Room via two-way radios and WhatsApp communication groups, allowing for seamless coordination between senior management and local authorities. To uphold the highest standards, our Directors and Management team also conduct unannounced site inspections, providing hands-on training and ensuring compliance with both Standard Operating Procedures and each client's unique requirements.

All sites are securely linked to our stakeholder-affiliated armed response units, reinforcing the safety of both property and personnel.
